This disclaimer applies to www.tourlives.com. TourLives Travel runs the site from Hurghada, Egypt. In this text we call ourselves "TourLives Travel", "we" or "us".

By using the site or booking with us, you accept this disclaimer. If you don't accept it, please stop using the site.

Alongside this disclaimer, our Privacy Policy (about personal data) and our Refund Policy (about cancellations and refunds) also apply. You'll find both in the site footer.

We fill the site with care. Even so, prices, availability, routes, timings and descriptions sometimes change without prior notice. We don't accept liability for mistakes or missing information. Nothing on the site gives you a legal claim on us.

Photos and videos show roughly what you can expect. In reality, destinations, activities and accommodations sometimes look different.

TourLives Travel connects you with independent tour organisers, dive centres, transport providers and accommodations in Egypt. We call these the "Operator" or "Operators". The Operator actually runs the excursion, dive trip or transfer, we don't.

Each Operator works under its own terms, licences and insurance. Do you have a complaint about how a booking was carried out? We'll pass it on to the Operator, but the contractual liability sits with them.

Book a dive trip, snorkelling tour, boat trip, quad or buggy safari, camel ride, desert excursion or watersports through us, and you take part at your own risk. These activities carry real physical risks.

As a guest you take responsibility for:

• being in the physical shape the activity requires,
• telling the Operator honestly about any health issues, pregnancy or other limitations before you start,
• following the safety instructions from guides, captains and dive instructors,
• using the safety equipment the Operator provides, and using it properly,
• holding valid travel and/or dive insurance with adequate coverage.

Arrange travel insurance before you leave home, and make sure it covers what you plan to do. Diving? Take out a separate dive policy too, for example with DAN.

To the extent the law allows, TourLives Travel excludes all liability for direct or indirect damages. That covers injury, death, material damage, loss of enjoyment, missed flights or onward travel. This exclusion applies to damages that come from:

• using the site or the information on it,
• acts or omissions by an Operator or another third party,
• weather, sea conditions, technical failures, political circumstances, government measures or other force majeure,
• an Operator cancelling or changing an activity for safety or operational reasons.

Where the law doesn't allow us to exclude liability, we cap our liability at the amount you paid to TourLives Travel for that booking. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy.

The site sometimes links to Operator sites, payment providers or other third parties. We don't control their content, their privacy practices or their security. If you follow such a link, you do so at your own responsibility.

All text, images, videos, logos and other material on the site belong to TourLives Travel, or we use them with the rights holder's permission. Want to reproduce or reuse something? Ask us in writing first.

During excursions, Operators or we sometimes take photos and video for promotion. Rather not appear in this material? Tell the guide or Operator before the activity starts.

What we do with your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you accept what it describes.

We update this disclaimer when we need to. The current version is always on this page. Come back and re-read it now and then.

Egyptian law governs this disclaimer and the legal relationship between you and TourLives Travel. For any dispute, the competent court of the Red Sea Governorate (Hurghada), Egypt, has exclusive jurisdiction.
